All items well received, thank you.
Apart from this I would like to make two remarks:
1. I had asked for economy shipping, but got charged priority, even though apparently you actually shipped economy.
2. European customs regulations require the invoice in addition to the customs form to be placed outside the package. As in the shipment I received there was no invoice outside the box (inside there was none either), I had to drive 30 miles to the next customs office to clear the shipment personally instead of receiving it at home. For the future...
